Required Skills and Qualifications :
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT products and services, such as software solutions, cloud computing, or IT consulting services.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
  • Teamwork Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively with both sales and technical teams and adapt to changing client requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead Generation: Identify new potential clients in the IT sector through research, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in the IT industry, including software solutions, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
  • Client Acquisition: Initiate contact with potential clients, understand their needs, and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Create compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate how our IT products/services can solve client challenges.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads, and opportunities, and ensure timely follow-ups and conversion.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with the technical team to ensure that client requirements are well understood and met with appropriate IT solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring both client needs and company goals are met.
