You will also assist in client handling, audits, and compliance processes while working closely with different departments.

  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, update records, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Financial Operations: Process invoices, receipts, and conduct audits for Clients.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Handle internal and external communication professionally.
  • Workflow Management: Ensure smooth business operations by coordinating with other departments.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Manage client documentation and adhere to KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data and generate reports to support decisionmaking.
  • Client Handling: Guide clients on account-related queries, services, and software usage, resolve issues, and work towards reducing complaints.
  • Sales Coordination: Assist in sales processes and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Auditing: Conduct audits related to Client's account.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all services meet quality standards.
