Job Description: As a Sales Executive, you will focus on client acquisition by reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and proposals. Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying leads, promoting SparkUp financial products, building strong relationships, pitching products, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Excellent listening & negotiation skills to convert leads into customers.
  • Ability to build rapport & trust for long-term client relationships
  • Product knowledge & sales acumen in the banking/financial sector
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) for documentation and reporting.
  • Self-motivated & goal-oriented to achieve sales success.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Research & Identify Clients: Find potential leads through online databases, referrals, etc.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess customer needs, budget, and interest in our financial products.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Make outbound calls and emails to pitch our banking products and services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand and effectively present financial products
  • Sales & Negotiation: Address client concerns, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Follow-ups & Retention: Maintain communication with clients for satisfaction and retention
  • Sales Reporting: Track, report, and analyze sales activities and performance.
  • Customer Service: Resolve client queries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Proposal & Quote Drafting: Prepare sales proposals and quotes for potential clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients and create attractive pitches.
